After the recent hail storm the service I received from your agency and my agent was prompt and on target. I saw Kerri in Bomgaars the morning after the storm. She asked if I'd had any damage from the storm. I told her I had called in to the 800 number the night before and reported the damage.. She told me she was headed to the office and would check to be sure everything with the claim was okay. The claims adjusters I worked with for both my car and roof were professional, courteous and prompt in responding to my concerns. I was very happy with both the service from Kerri and insurance company agents.

When we bought our Minnesota Property in December 2017, we switched our homeowner's to a local insurance agent in Baxter, MN. We had a fire in September, and our new agent was not taking our phone calls. I ended up calling Kerri to find out how to handle this. Kerri spent over an hour talking me through our delemma, even tho she was technically no longer our agent. When our policy was up for renewal, we immediately returned to Kerri and her team. She is the best. Always available to answer questions.
